The EU based Moñozca Family Office (MFO) has acquired a majority stake in the Monaco based M-Trust (Maharlika Trust) and will move the operations of its DeFi Central Bank, Bangko Maharlika Ltd. (BML) to the Cayman Islands with limited operations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It’s HQ will remain with the Sultanate. The BML will be renamed into the “Bank of Humanity” (BOH) effective immediately.
In a statement today from Lakan Paul Moñozca, Chairman of the Moñozca FO, “the acquisition has been planned since FY2024 due to the uncertain regulations on digital assets and asset management laws in the UK and parts of the EU”, he said. The move now enables the Moñozca FO to bring it’s operations to new heights with the entry of it’s Singapore based payment gateway, the Parmon Payment Network (PPN) and it’s ecosystem, the Bargain Bay Membership Shopping Inc. (BBMS). Both will be moved to it’s new HQ in Wyoming, USA.
“Decentralization is evolving at lightning speed in today’s world and we need to locate the operations of the BOH in a country which understands how humanity survives in the age of Technological Singularity. Most notable is how a sustainable solution such as our private sector led Universal Basic Income (UBI), encompassing our cultural communities, ecosystems and assets — can be protected long term”, said Lakan Paul Moñozca.
The Bank of Humanity is the Alternative Central Bank (ACB) for Autonomous Regions around the world, besides other clients such as Family Offices, Foundations and Trust entities. It’s Assets Under Management (AUM’s) moves markets, encompassing precious metals, natural resources, retrieval mandates and avatar COC data (continuity of conscience data) which is used for succession protocols beyond Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).
Founded as a pioneering Fintech company in 2003 serving selected postal and logistics companies, the BOH evolved as a DeFi institution and is a world leader in tokenization and wealth distribution services directly to it’s recipients worldwide. It has garnered 12million registrants / 500,000 direct recipients and over 100,000 advocates around the world since 2017.
